Effective October 3, 2026
The short version: Kippi does not collect your data. There's no account, no Kippi servers, no ads and no analytics. Everything you save in Kippi stays on your iPhone.
Your templates, folders, clipboard history, About You details, My card, headshot and business card photo, and settings are saved on your iPhone, in a storage area shared only between the Kippi app and the Kippi keyboard. They are never sent to us or to anyone else by Kippi.
Templates you lock with Face ID are encrypted on your iPhone. Face ID itself is handled by iOS, and Kippi never sees your face data.
iPhone asks you to turn on "Allow Full Access" for the Kippi keyboard. Kippi needs it so the keyboard can read your saved templates and save what you copy. Kippi does not use it to send anything off your phone, and it does not record what you type.
The keyboard reads your clipboard only to save clips to your history, on your phone. Clips that look like card numbers or Social Security numbers are flagged and kept on your iPhone only. You can delete any clip at any time.
If you choose to share a folder, export a backup or send your contact card, that file goes only where you send it, using iPhone's share sheet. Kippi doesn't upload it anywhere.
Kippi Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We don't see or store your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether you have an active subscription.
If you've allowed your iPhone to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These help fix bugs and don't include your templates or clips.
Kippi isn't directed to children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If Kippi ever adds a feature that sends data off your phone (like optional iCloud sync to your own iCloud account), this page will explain it first.
