Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Kippi app and keyboard. Kippi is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins.

Kippi Pro subscriptions

• Kippi Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, bought through your Apple ID.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• If Pro ends, nothing you saved is deleted. You go back to the Free plan, and templates past the free limit stay saved but locked until you upgrade again.

Your content

Everything you write and save in Kippi is yours, and it stays on your iPhone. You're responsible for what you send with it, including following any laws and rules that apply to your messages (for example, texting rules for businesses).

Template packs and files

Template packs and .kippi files you get from others, including ones sold separately, are imported as your own content. Kippi isn't responsible for files from other people.

No warranty

Kippi is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using Kippi. Keep backups of anything important (Settings, Export everything).

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using Kippi after an update means you accept the new terms.
