Why does Kippi need Full Access?
So the keyboard can read your templates and save what you copy. Everything stays on your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
iPhone keeps asking "Allow Paste?"
Go to Settings, Apps, Kippi, Paste from Other Apps, and pick Allow. Kippi's Settings has a shortcut for this.
Something I copied isn't in Clipboard.
iPhone only lets keyboards see the clipboard while they're open, so Kippi saves your copy when you open its keyboard, or within a second if it's already open.
My contact card pasted as code.
Contact cards turn into a real contact in Messages and Mail. In other apps, use Business card (a photo), Send link or Type it out.
The keyboard switched back to my regular one.
That means the Kippi keyboard closed unexpectedly. Open it again, and if it keeps happening, email us what you tapped.
A template has a lock on it.
On the Free plan, your first 5 templates (in your own order) work and the rest are locked but kept. Drag a template into your first 5, or upgrade to Pro.
Cancel or change your plan: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Kippi.
New phone or reinstalled? Open Kippi, Settings, Plan, Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
